I'll be taking a break from blogging for a week or so while I'm in Indiana visiting Kevin. I'm assuming we're going to be doing some manly man things while out in the wild Midwest; I'm even bringing my hiking boots, which means this is going to be serious business. Several people have been nagging me to take more photos while I'm there (unlike last summer)--I will try to appease you all.
I'll be gone tomorrow morning, flying out of DCA, and will be back in DC next Tuesday (Aug. 3rd).
General Updates:
- Not much to update on since yesterday. An eventful lunch with the fellow interns who were having an extended discussion on how getting married after only 2 years of dating and the idea of having children are crazy and insane.
- Highlight of the week was definitely spending time with Dangus for a couple of hours tonight: helped move some stuff, had dinner, gave Sam-boy a bath and put him to bed, etc. Was a great time reflecting on the past two/three years of friendship. I'm going to miss him tremendously.
