It's definitely difficult, especially when my days seem to be over in what feels to be just a matter of hours, where dozens of things vie for my attention. The moment I wake up my to-do list screams out to me and before I know it, my day's gone by and I have thought very little of Christ relative to more mundane things.
Just random updates:
- I see that Thabiti's got a new book out on evangelizing Muslims. An item that's already on my list of Kindle books to purchase; especially helpful to think through as I plan for Jordan.
- Going through The Christian Life by Sinclair Ferguson with Brandon, starting this Saturday, which should be good
- ESOL ministry outing with the students for a picnic on the mall this Saturday to take advantage of the cherry blossoms
- Class topics: Desert Storm, Nuclear Proliferation, "I and Thou" (Buber), Buddhism and Jainism exam, Democracy & Tradition (pragmatist vision for religion-state relations)
